about me
I'm Jodi
As a portrait and wedding photographer based in Salt Lake City, I work with people in meaningful moments. Seniors on the edge of everything new, couples in the middle of falling in love or building a life, parents preparing for baby, or celebrating the days that feel beautifully ordinary.
My approach is warm, thoughtful, and personal. I guide you from planning your session to receiving your gallery with calm direction, honest encouragement, and just enough humor to make you forget the camera's even there. You'll never have to wonder what to do or how to show up. I'm with you, every step of the way.
My clients aren't just looking for a photographer. They're looking for a friend to walk through this special season with them. Someone who sees them, and creates space to slow down and truly feel it.
This is more than just a photo session. It's a moment to be fully present. To celebrate what's now, and preserve it for later. To capture it in a way that lets you say, "That's me. That's us. This is exactly how it feels in this season."

the drive that clears my head
Whether I'm behind the wheel or riding shotgun with my husband, I love a good drive with a great playlist. It's never about the car. It's about the feeling and the stories they hold. Though, Porsches have my heart.

bread baking days
There's something about making bread from scratch that just feels right. The process, the smell, the satisfaction. It slows everything down in the best way.

making music
I've played the violin since I was young and have been with my current orchestra for over a decade. It's forever one of my favorite places to show up, connect, and create.

Simple weekends
Slow mornings with my family, no alarms, no rush. Just time to be together and decide on an adventure.

My husband (and kids) is the driving force behind our growing collection of arcade and pinball machines. I'm along for the ride, and there's no one else I'd rather do something a little crazy with.
