When my brother was in high school he worked at Gandolfo’s as a sandwich maker extraordinaire. It was always fun to visit him and grab one of his perfectly crafted hoagies. However, my favorite, hands down, was when he would bring home a piece of silky mousse chocolate cake or a giant pickle. You know the ones. The pickles that are always in enormous glass jars at amusement parks and sports arenas. I don’t know what it is about those pickles that taste so much better than ordinary ones you can find at the grocery store, but they’re amazing. You can imagine my excitement when I found out that as a senior in high school Lauren too works at Gandolfo’s whipping up foot long magic. It was fun to chat and reminisce a little bit during her Daybreak senior session.
For Lauren’s senior session she wanted photos with both nature and urban locations. We decided to go to Daybreak as a one stop shop full of endless opportunities. The weather was perfect and it was so fun to see her excitement to be there! She had so much confidence and joy that people were constantly stopping to comment.
Lauren, from the moment I pulled out my camera I knew we were going to have a good time. I smiled every time you did, because how could I not? Your bright personality is infectious! Good luck in college this fall. With a smile and great attitude like yours I know it will be great! Here’s a little sampling of our evening together. Thank you for trusting me to capture your gorgeous Daybreak senior session. Not pictured, are the pickles and giant chocolate cake that totally made my day! You and your mom are the absolute best!
